The use of our Services is subject to the following terms:

    1. All creative produced by us are deemed intellectual property of Paper Face Party and must not be circulated to third parties. Any use or replication of aforementioned work would be deemed a breach of the Copyright Laws of Australia. Prior permission to use any logo must be obtained and all proposed artwork must be authorised.
    2. All content, including images and text are the property of Paper Face Party. You may not reproduce any content from this website without prior written consent from us.
    3. The content of the website is for general information and use only, and are not suited or targeted to any particular needs. The content are subject to change without notice.
    4. Our website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
    5. While we will make every possible effort to provide accurate, timely and complete information on our website, we cannot provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose.
  2. Payment
    1. All online Shop transactions on this website are processed using PayPal, a world-leading secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All Bespoke Party Creations transactions are either via Direct Debit or Paypal**Paypal may incur an additional transaction fee

  3. Adding to an online Shop or Bespoke Creation order
    1. You can add items to an existing order unless you order has already been shipped and then your second order shall be sent shortly after with an additional postage cost.
  4. Shipping & Delivery
    1. Paper Face Party offer FREE Delivery on Dress Up Costume orders over the value of $50 OR $24 for EXPRESS delivery Australia wide Via Australia Post.
    2. And Flat Rate $10 delivery fee Via Standard Australia Post for on line orders
    3. Please note we only ship Australia wide
    4. How soon can I expect my order?
      1. Standard Delivery**: 7-10 Business days (regional Australia may be 15 days dependant on location). Express Delivery**: 3-5 Business Days
      2. **Bespoke Party Creations may require additional time, please advise us if there is a date you require goods by and we will do all we can to achieve this date. Timings will be agreed once pdf proofs have been signed off. Please note. Goods will only be shipped once payment and Delivery address have been received.
  5. Quality
    1. Paper Face Party is committed to customer satisfaction, and do everything possible to ensure accurate cutting and colour reproduction is achieved. Certain circumstances are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee / we cannot be responsible for:
      1. Colour differences: Onscreen colour v’s Printed colour.
      2. Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors on approved pdf proofs.
      3. Inferior quality or low-resolution of supplied photos/images.
      4. Damage to the products arising during delivery to the customer.
      5. Incorrect shipping address.
  6. Artwork changes
    1. Paper Face Party include the cost of 3 artwork changes to the design of bespoke party creations – these changes are deemed as small such as: SOME wording tweaks and 1 colour change – additional changes will be charged at an hourly rate of $40/hr.
  7. Exchanges & Refunds
    1. If your items have been personalised and are as per the signed off pdf proof (always supplied prior to printing) I’m afraid no refunds are viable. We are happy to tweak and reprint however all costs occurred would be chargeable. If, however, goods are deemed faulty (this must be agreed to by both parties) you may choose between a refund, exchange or credit note where goods are faulty. In the unlikely event that this occurs, please retain your receipt for proof of purchase, and return to: Paper Face Party / 70 Patrick Street, Avalon NSW Australia (Shipping costs are non-refundable)

  9. Product Issues
    1. All items are carefully checked and packed prior to shipping, however in the event that this occurs please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Please phone us on 0433 273 202 or send an email to mail@paperface.com.au and we will be happily arrange a replacement (pls do send a pic of the item in question).
  10. By purchasing fromPaper Face Party you are bound and accept the above Term’s and Conditions.

EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

By making any payments toward an Event, you as a client are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of our service.

Definitions
“Equipment” means all theme equipment, decorations and accessories utilised with the Event Services.
“Client” or you means the person, firm, corporation or other body who hires Paper Face Parties Services.
“Event Services” means designing/theming/styling/hire and event planning and decorations services.
“us” and “we” means Paper Face Party.

  1. Quotations and acceptance of quotations:
    1. All quotations provided by us via email, website or any other means are valid for 7 days from the date the quote was provided.
  2. Booking Deposit and Payment
    1. We accept payment via direct deposit into our bank account or via cash, details of which are stated on the invoice.
    2. In order to secure your event date, and due to the fact that many costs are incurred prior to your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of our Services is required as a “booking deposit” within 7 days of quotation to allow for planning and ordering to commence. Until the booking deposit is received, the Service is not confirmed. We reserve the right to cancel any tentative booking in the event the booking deposit is not paid as per the terms.
    3. Wedding Planning Styling & Design Services are to paid upfront at time of booking / on the Day Planning Services are to be paid 1 month from Date of Wedding .
  3. Final payment
    1. We require the balance of invoice to be paid in full at least Two (2) weeks prior to the event date (“Due Date”).
    2. Wedding Planning Styling & Design Services are to paid upfront at time of booking / on the Day Planning Services payments are no refundable or transferable. We reserve the right to cancel any tentative booking in the event the payments are not paid as per the terms.
  4. Late Payment
    1. We reserve the right to cancel your event booking if the full payment of the invoice is not received by the Due Date.
      Interest at the rate of 15% per annum shall be charged on any amounts outstanding after the due date for payment and the Client agrees to pay any legal or recovery costs incurred by us in collecting overdue payments.
    2. Wedding Planning Styling & Design Services are to paid upfront at time of booking / on the Day Planning Services are to be paid 1 month from Date of Wedding / payments are no refundable or transferable. We reserve the right to cancel any tentative booking in the event the payments are not paid as per the terms.
  5. Cancellation and refund policy
    1. Our Cancellation Policy is as follows: we do not refund any or part of deposits or full amounts paid unless  cancellation by us is required you will receive a full refund of any monies paid. If you do need to cancel, please contact Shelley via phone immidiately / 0433 273 202
  6. Event Design
    1. We work closely with you to create the event according to your expectations and the agreed quote. We do the very best to create above your expectation and imagination. However, you are not be eligible for a refund should you believe that the end result is not what you had imagined. Any design including the concept and styling of the buffet, any graphic design artwork used for party printable item including signage, backdrops, labels, handmade items, etc. remain the sole property of Paper Face Party or the sole property of any vendors used by us for the event to create these artwork. These design or artwork may not be used for another event or replicated for another event without prior written consent of the owner(s).
  7. Set up & delivery
    1. Set up timings must be negotiated and agreed upon in writing one (1) month prior to event date. We may/will require a minimum of 3 hours of uninterrupted time prior to commencement of your event to set up the desired service. This is included in the package pricing. Any additional time required may be charged. sIn certain circumstances, the delivery of furniture props will be charged additional to the quote depending on supplier, however we will make you aware of those charges once known. The safety of the Client and guests and our employees is of great concern to us. In the event that weather conditions, location or access to the site makes it unsafe to place items, we reserve the right to refuse set up of the Service until the site is made safe. If Equipment cannot be placed or erected at the site due to reasons outlined in this clause, no refund will be issued on the affected items. We may seek additional payment for any unreasonable delay incurred by us while waiting for safe access.
  8. Pack up/Bump Out
    1. Bump Out requirements will need to be negotiated and agreed upon prior to the event date. The client is responsible for removing all food items from the buffet prior to us commencing pack up.Clean up of property/venue is not the responsibility of Paper Face Party and is the sole responsibility of the client unless agreed.
  9. Props and Equipment
    1. All Equipment, furniture, props, serving vessels, crockery, utensils, backdrops, artwork, décor, and linen are subject to availability and may change if unavailable at time of event (in keeping with theme/styling). All remain the sole property of Paper Face Party and/or any hire company used by us. All furniture and equipment shall be returned or collected after your event as agreed. Any missing or damaged furniture, equipment or other property of Paper Face Party and/or any hire company used will be the responsibility of the client depending on the nature of the incident. The Client is responsible for the Equipment from the time of delivery to the site until collection by us at the end of the Service and shall pay for all Equipment damage or lost however caused during that period. The Client must advise Paper Face Party prior to event commencing of any shortages to enable any replacement or re-supply if possible. 
  10. Catering
    1.  Allergies / We shall not be held liable for any kind of allergies or allergic reactions, choking or any sickness resulting directly or not from our products or any food items we have sourced.
    2. Liability / Whilst we will take every possible care where we can, once items are delivered/set up, the client shall assume responsibility for them and we cannot be held for any damages or harm to the desserts or the presentation of it.
  11. Insurance and Indemnity
    1. Once a styling set up is completed the client assumes all responsibilities and liabilities for items included in the set up. The Client is responsible in maintaining all appropriate policies of insurance, covering liability, property and casualty insurances in amounts necessary to fully protect us and any of our or hired products against all claims, loss or damage. We shall not be held responsible for any injury that may occur to persons during the event or thereafter due to any products supplied by us whether through payment or otherwise. We will not be held liable for any injury, allergic reactions, sickness, loss or damage directly or consequently arising out of the use of food products and/or props and/or hire items used for the event. By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree to indemnify us and keep indemnified from all claims, actions, proceedings, costs, damages, and liability including attorney fees and court costs arising out of in connections with or resulting from our services. We, our servants and agents, shall not be liable to the Client for any consequential damages as a result of late or non-delivery of the Equipment or shortages in the Equipment or arising from the use of the equipment or if the Client has failed to notify any shortages as required under these conditions. Our liability (if established) is limited to the value of the hire or the supply of replacement Equipment for the function. Our liability in respect of the supply of services is limited to the value of the services.
  12. Photos and media
    1. The Client consents to allow us full use of any images taken of the event for advertising/media/publications at the time or at a later date. Photos of our creation and work may not be used in social or print media without prior written consent, nor replicated without prior written consent from us. Client agrees to credit us for all creative work and tag Paper Face Party as a vendor in their event in all images uploaded to social media or any website.
  13. Copyright
